Our story
Why Classvala Was Created
Classvala did not begin inside a boardroom. It started from real experiences, personal observations, and a common problem both founders had seen closely for years.
Utkrisht grew up watching his mother, a school teacher, spend hours every evening working on school documentation even after returning home tired from classes — attendance records, homework checking, class test tracking, report preparation, and maintaining registers.
“Why do teachers spend so much time managing paperwork instead of focusing on teaching?”
Charanjeet had a natural interest in technology and automation from an early age. Even during school years, he had created simple Excel-based systems to track homework, class tests, and student performance in a more organized way — leading to a deeper realization that schools and teachers needed simpler systems that could genuinely reduce operational workload.
Years later, during a casual classroom discussion at Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, this topic unexpectedly resurfaced between the two future co-founders. Both connected instantly over a shared observation: schools were still struggling with fragmented operations, excessive manual work, and inefficient record management despite rapid technological advancement around the world.
That conversation became the foundation of what would later become Classvala.
With more than a decade of experience in customer experience and sales operations, Charanjeet understood operational inefficiencies deeply. Alongside him, tech expert Utkrisht brought strong expertise in technology, automation, and system thinking with a clear focus on simplifying complex workflows.
Together, they decided to build Classvala — not just as another software platform, but as a practical solution designed around the real daily challenges of schools, teachers, administrators, and parents.
Their vision was simple
